"I had Micah of Fox Plumbing replace my old water heater. He is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. After running into several issues; shoddy workmanship previously performed, trying to get the right size for my small opening, and the fact that it took two days to drain due to a lot of sediment present, he patiently worked through everything, by himself, to set up my water heater correctly with new connections as well. He also provided a drip pan, which surprisingly there wasn't one there before. I highly recommend him for your plumbing work. He's a super nice guy. I will be referring him to my sister for a new water heater."

"Overall this repair went very well. I had to call a second time to ask about getting an appointment after leaving a message. The service technician was on time and performed the service quickly. In order to save me money explained how I could save money with their discount club.

"The team did a great/wonderful job installing my new water heater!"

"Steve replaced my well pump and water tank. I had a little problem with the noise from the pump. Called him and he came out and fixed it. I would hire him again for any of my plumbing probe\lems."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"I tried to fix my own sinks, but ended up having to turn off the water. I called Integregity Plumbing late Wednesday night. Steve was over first thing the next morning. He was prompt and friendly. Not only did he fix both sinks and restored my water, he brought both my bathroom sinks up to code. While he was working, I asked him several different questions about other problems I had in my house. He was very helpful. If I need any other help with plumbing problems, I will definitely call Steve again!

"He was very nice to talk with and repaired our washing machine. He even helped sweep the water out."

"Showed up next day and on time. Replaced my water heater and took the old one out in under 2 hours. They were respectful and professional. Highly recommend!"
