They were not only highly skilled but also incredibly polite, keeping the work area immaculate during the demolition. By the second day, the team had seamlessly removed the remaining 2x4s, installed a robust lintel beam, and perfectly matched the drywall and trim to the rest of the house. We also had an outdated picket wall around the basement stairs. Isai recommended modernizing it with a sleek 3-foot wall, and it was completed within the three-day timeframe. Thrilled with their exceptional work, we discussed adding a dream screen porch and deck. The estimate was too good to pass up, so we went ahead. The results were nothing short of spectacular. The screen porch was beautifully integrated with the roof joists, and the deck, built on sturdy 6x6 posts and attached to the house, was a masterpiece. After removing the cabinets, Isai didn’t miss a beat, finishing the ceiling, painting the trim and windows, and installing a beautiful tile backsplash. When we realized our old appliances didn’t match the newly renovated space, Isai went above and beyond, helping us select and purchase new appliances and offering to install them. My wife, as a high school teacher, works from home and on occasion she needed to not have a lot of noise while she was teaching and Chauncey worked around that. When necessary, he would work weekends and some evenings (depending on his schedule) to help us out. I did the framing so when he came through for the estimate, he made sure to give suggestions on things that needed to be corrected. I am someone who asks a million questions and he would stop working and answer every question. His work was incredible. The basement was not huge, but he worked around all the nooks and crannies of our basement. He made sure every cornerbead and bulkhead had sharp edges. Another thing we really liked is that he uses screws and not nails... No nail pops in a few years! That is a big deal!! As can be seen in the pictures, the finished product came out perfect."
