"I had a great experience with Western Rooter. Vinny and his team were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with a leaking vertical sewer pipe, which was located behind a wall. The team inspected the pipe and walked me through the various options and benefits/costs of each. After initially completing the work, they found some additional holes in a connecting pipe. Instead of trying to upcharge for the additional work, they completed the additional repairs at no cost to me because they wanted to make sure they finished the job in its entirety and leave me with a functioning pipe system. They are very honest and really went the extra mile to make sure the job was done correctly, even though it took them several extra days to complete it. I would highly recommend Western Rooter for any plumbing needs."

"I needed my gas water heater to be replaced. Called around to several places from Angie list. Read the reviews about Tony and the company. Made the call spoke to Tony had schedule for Friday 9/15/23. I called back after our conversation and ask if he could stop on Thursday and he said yes he would send out his Field Supervisor Richie. Richie arrived early and was very cordial and answered all of my question. Keeping in mind I thinking that he is just going to assess what would be needed for Friday 9/15/23. Tony arrived and said what was needed. And then Richie went to work. The replacement gas water heater was replace with another Bradford White water heater. "Very grateful for Fed! My Momâ s house had an issue with water not draining properly. Called Fed for a quote; he showed up the next morning and got to work on the issue right away. He was working by himself for awhile since it was Sunday, and had to dig through tons of rocks and roots since the land in our area are filled with stones. There were roots in the sewer line as well as buildup in the pipes; the pipes were so clogged that there was barely what seemed to be 1/8th or so of the pipe where the outgoing water/waste could flow through. He replaced parts of the line with pipes which roots would not be able to penetrate through, which gave us peace of mind as there are a lot of trees in our area. Fed and his team also added a sewer access and he replaced the filters in the toilet tanks as well. Thank you so much for helping us resolve this huge plumbing issue! Fed was honest, reliable, and friendly. Would highly recommend!"

He not only took care of the main issue he came in for, he checked all the other gas pipes and even fixed our water heater (when he found something was wrong with it) and measured the water gage and didn't even charge us extra! "Jose is very competent at his job and courteous. He explained all that need to be done and also giving me options and for me to decide. He cleaned up afterwards. Cost was reasonable considering the amount of work performed. I would definitely recommend them especially for gas plumbing issues.
