"I contacted Jason and described the problem.  He said he could be there at 7:30 a.m. the next morning to check it out.  He was there at 7:20; diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, and set a time to come fix it.  The crew arrived on time, cut a hole in the wall, had to remove an attached cabinet, repaired the leak, repaired the wall, reattached the cabinet, cleaned up their mess and was finished.  From my perspective, the job could not have been done more professionally.

He made himself available right away on Jan. 1st and 2nd (no holiday fees) and solved our issues so I have time to sit and review him today. "After an initial quote was agreed upon he (Zak) started on 5/24/25 on front porch which took awhile due to weather. It was completed 6/5/25. He (Zak) started on back porch/deck 6/5/25 and upon another inspection found 1 deck board the needed to be replaced. He continued working sanding the deck and did remove the 1 board to be replaced. After a few hours he said he was done for the day. He later sends a text and ask to pay the $124.34 for deck screws and board. All I asked was for to see receipt of material for the board. That resulted in him (Zak) telling me that’s a good price and it could and will be more if I do agree and pay this amount ($124.34). He also said that he thought that was a “**** good price”. I didn’t appreciate him speaking to me that way and the whole conversation is better told in text messages. All I want now is for someone else other than this (Zak) to just complete the job according to original contract."

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
