"Jim for Donhohues Lightning Rods installed the lightning rod system in my home. When the work was done I was very happy as their installer came as per promised time, and perform the work. Before giving them the work Jim completely sold me their work ethics, quality, and service. There was a minor issue and his team took complete ownership of this issue and talked to me in detail. They provide a very good explanation to satisfy me. I am a happy customer."

"If there is a loser or shyster in the crowd, I'm usually the first to beg them to take my money and rip me off.  Jim Andrews has finally changed my luck.  He's a man of integrity who takes pride in his work.  I have already recommended him to friends and family with complete confidence.  He will be my first call when I need a skilled carpenter and he's already doing an additional job for me right now.

"I have a whole house protection policy. They didn't actually do the repair. I have the insurance policy through them and they contact someone to come out to do the repair. It's a $75 co pay."

"Plumbing never came and washer was never repaired. The replacement for washer is BS. The money they offer for replacing the washer is not enough to even buy an open box or a 75% sale."
