"We just had Scarpone and Sons replace our roof in the middle of winter!! They chose the perfect day to rip off the existing roof and replace it in a little over a day. Lucky for us it stopped snowing just long enough for them to do what they do. They were efficient, fast, and did an excellent job. The roof no longer leaks and we are so happy! I highly recommend them to do YOUR roof. In fact we recommended them to a couple that were thinking of replacing their roof."

"We chose Revive Renovators over multiple other contractors to do our complete kitchen remodel, and we easily made the right choice! James, Randy, and the team performed the remodel as bid and quoted and delivered exactly what we envisioned. They stayed on schedule, within budget, and provided exceptional quality of workmanship. The large scale and complexity of the project was not a problem for this team. Please check out the pictures to truly appreciate the job they did! The dark kitchen pictures are the before and the lighter, larger images are the after. I would 100% recommend them and consider them my go-to contractor for any home repair and renovation needs."

"He was prompt, he was very good, came out and spent some time and gave me an estimate.  He was awesome - a very cordial person. He was on top of it right away, he called me right away, everything was on schedule.  Everything that he said he was going to do, he did. He was on point, and I would recommend him to anybody."

"I was thoroughly impressed with Jim and his service. He was able to come out and give me a free estimate for the work. I agreed to it and he came back a few days later to perform the service.
He spent approximately 5 hours and was very reasonably priced. He did a great job replacing the holes in the wall and texturing the wall. Can't even tell it was repaired.
He was very professional, even putting down plastic and hanging plastic from the ceiling while working. There was no mess to clean up after him.
I was also very impressed that he went to Home Depot to get the floor molding that I needed and actually showed me the receipt to bill me for it. Most companies would charge a 50% markup and just include that cost in the service charge, but Jim didn't do that. I gave him an extra 20% on the home depot receipt just because I felt bad that he wasn't making any money off of it.
Jim did a phenomenal job and we would use him again in a heartbeat.

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Buffalo, NY

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
