As of June 2025 the deck was not finished. Building inspector came and informed us that the entire structure needed to come down. Structure was unsafe and poorly built. Kyle agreed to refund our $3,200. As of today, he has refunded only $1,200 but he was sure to come pickup all the building supplies, some of which he told us he got donated due to others wanting to help because my husband is a disabled veteran. We have obtained a judgment against him through local small claims court. Our next step is to file for garnishment through the county courts. Do not hire this guy, very unprofessional, always has an excuse as to why he doesn?t show up when he says he will. Does not pay attention to detail, did not build as asked and when we questioned it, he claimed we changed things. "

I told him I will take him to court and he told me to go ahead. I've been waiting for over 2 months for the leak to get fixed. You don't do people in this fashion if you are a so-called professional. next time I would rather do the work myself than hire him again."
