He said he thought we had a raccoon in our attic and proceeded to find a way to get him out. He set a trap, and the next morning we had a raccoon in the trap. I can't tell you how grateful we were to know that she was caught and we wouldn't have to contend with all the noise she made each evening let alone the damage. Brian was very personable and professional and he explained each method he was using. He came out to the house four days in a row to make sure all was going well and he finalized the job by repairing and covering the hole on our roof. I would recommend him in a minute. "Originally found Wildlife Management for help with squirrels. After inspection of our home, found more of a major problem with the wildlife. Our home has 2 separate attics, and they were able to help us out with the cost of cleaning everything up. They were able to help us get the animals out, all cleaned up, and fixed under our homeowners insurance. It has now been over 9 months, and everything has been great with the work, and no new noises in the attic areas. On a side note, they did find issues with the wiring in the attic that we has to have an electrician fix, but Wildlife Management was able to work around the electrician working in a cleaned out space before they put the new insulation in. Great people to work with. Last, this home is a "covid buy" home, and we had to wave not having a home inspection to be able to buy it. Anyone buying a home with out an inspection, is Buyer Beware! Our neighbors had a similar situation, and they highly recommend also!"

"We have had a serious problem with carpenter bees in the wood of the back patio roof for several years.  They have drilled many holes through the side beams of the roof.  They are large, look like a really big yellow jacket~1" big, and tend to be territorial, which means we could not sit out there without having them buzzing too close.  Not to mentiion the damage they were doing to the structure.  Other exterminators we called charged by the hole and added cost over a certain number of holes.  As we had many holes, this would have been very expensive.  After checking  with Angie's list and the internet on how to eliminate carpenter bees, I called Buffalo Exterminating and they had a service that provided three treatments at different times of the season to try and eliminate the bees and their returning next year.  As the larvae are usually very deep into tunnels in the wood, and they do return to the same area as we had noticed with our porch roof.  The service person arrived promptly and inspected the roof and surrounding areas.  He sprayed and gave me the invoice.  We noticed one or two bees about a week later and I called them and they returned and resprayed at no extra cost.  So far no more bees!  They have completed the second spray and the last will be in the Autumn.  I would recommend Buffalo Exteminating for service. <br />"

"The Cummings Family assessed the situation, set traps, and returned everyday (5 days) to relocate squirrels and set new traps. They sealed up the squirrels' hole with copper mesh and insulation foam. They also sealed up several mouse -size holes in the sides and foundation. It has been a couple days and we have had peace and quiet. Success! Thank you."
