This was based upon prior repair experience with this provider, and my complete satisfaction with the services provided in the past.  The repairman, Joey, who came for the dryer has repaired other appliances in this home, so I was pleased to see him. He quickly discovered the problem, advised that he needed parts, advised me of the price, Upon my agreement, he left to take care of another customer, obtain the parts needed for my service,. He assured me before leaving that he would complete the repair on the same day. He was true to his promise... within about an hour and a half, he was back at my house, and started right in on repairing it. when dose, he showed the parts which he replaced and demonstrated that the dryer was working fine. "It was great to repair rather than replace a relatively new dryer. The technician brought the part most likely to be causing the problem and replaced it at the first appointment. He had the part with him based and the description I gave over the phone. 4 not 5 stars because of the mess. No tarp or plastic was placed prior the repair. I had to clean sticky black goo from the floor and the dryer. Basic cleanser smeared the spots into a giant mess and it required a degreaser. Disappointing after such a straightforward and timely fix to my dryer problem."

"Nick was awesome!! It had been one of those situations where I have a daughter who is sick and laundry piling up and everything was just working against us. Everybody else was going to charge us an arm and a leg and make us wait a couple of days to even come out. Nick was here within an hour that first day we called. And even after having to order parts it was fixed within 24 hours of the first phone call. On our second load of clothes something different broke (separate from what he was working on) and he came right back out the next day to fix it for us too. The pricing was extremely reasonable And significantly less than what everybody else was charging us. Nick was kind, efficient, and quick. I would highly highly highly recommend this company."
