"Called on Monday morning and had an appointment with Domic within 3 hours. Dominic listened to us about hearing possible water in the walls behind the shower. Unfortunately due to a water alert here in Clay County, the water had been turned off. He said that was ok and that he would be able to take off the plate where you turned the water on. He checked it and the pipes were dried. He then checked the garage and outside to see if he could see anything. No problems. He said he would be backed after the water is turned on to see if he could find anything. Dominic was great and friendly. Definitely would recommend them."

In January I found out that my Wind Storm coverage would be dropped unless I installed a new flat roof on my back porch by April 1. They sent out extra workers to speed up the install and worked diligently with my local inspectors to make sure they signed off on each day’s work so they could proceed to the next step. I had a great experience with Total Home Roofing, from my first phone call to the final interactions with local inspectors, all while Florida was under incredible stress from the beginning of the Coronavirus outbreak.
