"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. "Initially we wanted Filtration Direct to come out and give us a quote for a Well Genie. When I told the technician (name escapes me) that our current water softener had stopped working, he offered to take a look. The plug had blown a fuse and he was able to replace it and get it working in less then 20 minutes!. He also helped us resolve an over-pressurization issue with our well holding tank, and now i can take a continuous shower in the morning!.
We will be contacting them again to get a Well Genie installed in the near future.
