"The dispatcher called the day before to schedule a 2-hour window within which the technician would arrive at my home to perform the work. When he was detained, both the dispatcher and the technician called again to say he would be a bit later than anticipated, but he still arrived within the scheduled time. The technician was personable and professional. The windshield was replaced in my driveway, the work was neatly done within a reasonable period of time, and the price was reasonable compared to other similar services in the area. I appreciated the additional calls since I had taken off of work, and it was nice to have an updated estimate of when he would arrive. "We spent $3200 on that.  We had some issues.  They were here for an extremely long period of time.  We weren’t really happy with the final product.  The windows themselves are very nice, but their professionalism, the mess they created, and their workmanship left something to be desired.  We could call them and probably get them back out again.  There is one window that is still not quite right, but we just haven’t got to the point where we really want to deal with them again.  They did work to try to resolve the issues, but I am just not satisfied with the overall experience.  We would not use them again in the future."
