"Everything went quickly from my initial phone call (TH 8-13-2020 Kris) to opening the broken manual roll-up door (Fri 8/14 Kris) to installing the new roll-up door with motor opener (Fri 8/21 Kris & Victor). Both Kris & Victor answered my questions and explained things well. Including - what work was required to open broken door, benefits of door with a motor opener, placement/location of motor in garage, how motor opener works (battery back-up, sensors) I am especially pleased with the molding that closes the gap between the door and the garage. The molding will help stop heavy rain from entering at the bottom and will keep dust & wind debris from entering at the top. The almond color of the door matches the garage trim perfectly (Kris suggestion). Victor cleaned up the area well. All this in spite of 100*F and high humidity for the area."

"They were okay. But the issue is occurring again. I don't know if it's the product or the service. They had to take out the electrical board. The electrical board was under warranty. He took it to the actual company. They gave him a whole new one and he came back to install it. Then, they had to come out again because the gate wouldn't open. He came to adjust it. I kind of got frustrated with the guy because the guy started putting down the product. The next time he came, he was nice and courteous. They did lower the price for me. They were agreeable to that."

I had a very good experience with them about five years ago when Uzi helped me get my garage door working via a phone conversation and didn’t even charge me. I knew when it came time to replace my old garage door motor that I wanted Infinity to do the job. I called in the morning and Jaime was able to come to my house the same day to diagnose the problem. Jaime is very friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He explained all the options for the repair, the costs and the pros/cons of each. I opted for the more expensive and robust system that I hope will last longer, but there was no sales pressure or upselling. Jaime also made it clear that only a new motor was needed now to get the garage door working again and that the spring appeared to have a few years of life remaining, but I opted to have the spring and rollers replaced too. Jaime ordered the parts and came back the next day to install everything. He kept me informed about his estimated time of arrival, arrived when promised and installed all the new components in two hours. He even stayed after to help me set up the phone app that allows the garage door to open or close remotely. I am very happy with the quality of Jaime’s work and the system that he installed.
