The sales team was responsive, and at first we thought the cost of the job seemed expensive. We went with Pacific as the sales team/bidding process was very professional, informative and engendered trust that they would deliver. Following acceptance of the bid, there was some difficulty getting the job scheduled, but once the job was initiated - it went very smoothly, and quickly. We could not be more pleased with the results. We had questions and concerns during the job, that were quickly responded to. The crews were all very professional and cleaned up after themselves and the job. We will make only one call next time we have a paving stone need!"

"We decided to install an outdoor kitchen and needed a solid base. The crew created a large concrete slab that measured around 400 sq. ft. They first excavated, installed a compacted gravel base, and added rebar before framing everything out. Drainage slope was included so water doesn't pool, and they ensured utilities could run through conduit before the pour. The slab was finished with a smooth surface since it will later be tiled. Permits were pulled in advance, and city inspectors signed off at every stage. The process took a few weeks, and the space is now ready for the kitchen installation. The precision in layout and attention to detail stood out to me. It feels like we've got a reliable foundation for years of outdoor use."

Our only minor complaints are that the cleanliness throughout could have been better (yes, it's a dirty job, but a bit more care in that area would have been nice), and the painting of our pergola was done pretty well, but there was some room for improvement there given the cost of that part. We are definitely very happy overall with our yard, and we will be using G&L again for our front yard. We now have a back yard that we really want to spend time in!"
