"I recently purchased my first home with issues. TME Construction was hired to repair leaking windows and a cinder block wall. Tony and his crew arrived 30 minutes early and started working immediately. They checked to see if the windows were installed correctly and they were. Then all the windows were sealed. My wonderful dog knocked over a cinder block off the top of a block wall fence (low fence big dog). They repaired the block wall and today you would never know it ever happened. Tony made sure that my wonderful dog could never knock down the cinder block again! My side gate was broken and Tony fixed it for me which was not included in my service request nor did I ask. That was awesome! Tony and his crew went above and beyond and I am so fortunate that I found his company! I highly recommend TME Construction. The project included wiring and ductwork to the exterior as well as drywall removal and repair, and then finishing everything beautifully. The two-man team of Vasquez did as instructed and also fixed some old shoddy work that was in the way of the new duct and wiring. They used good materials and did good work at a good price. They were also very respectful of my home, keeping the mess contained and cleaning up after. I would hire again."

"Joe uses very good judgement in all my repairs. He quickly responded to this service call placed by the tenant. He assessed the age of the water heater and advised it was past it's useful life and recommended replacing.
He does service calls on all my rentals from minor repairs to complete remodeling. His judgement is good on what needs fixing or replacing. His rates are very fair plus his quick turn around of the homes gets vacant rentals back on the market quickly. He always treats my calls as important whether they are a small repair like a garbage disposal gone bad or a roof that's leaking and that needs replacing. He is my go-to guy for all service calls."
