"The work went great. The provider was very professional and was willing to go the extra step for me. He even told me what to get purchase to fix my dryer vent, I ran out and got it, then he installed it! That was wonderful. 
My only complaint is that I was not fully informed of the next steps for my HVAC system after the work was performed. I only found that out a month later during a routine seasonal HVAC check-up that there was still dirt in the system that needed to be taken care of. I was told by that second technician that my cleaning provider should have informed me that there was still dirt in the system and that I needed to get my normal HVAC technician out to complete the work. That drop in communication was a mistake.

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
