"We are extremely happy with the work done by Thomas Custom Builders (TCB). Overall they did an amazing and outstanding job! They had a contractor on site, on time every day. Brian S. was professional, helpful, patient, hard working and skilled both in managing subcontractors and doing work himself. I trusted him with our home and would work with Brian/TCB again easily. I have already recommended their company to others. TCB renovated a few parts of our house, added electricity to a shed and added an entire master bedroom suite on an additional floor (adding approximately 550 sqft to our house). They finished earlier than expected. Our neighbors couldn't believe how fast the addition was completed and how well done. Any additional costs from the original budget estimate were due to our choice to add more work. I waited to write a review. I wanted to live in the addition for a little while to see how everything holds up. We have had only minor things arise and have been very pleased with the responsiveness of Brian and TCB to come back out and check on things. They came back to add a bracket to a new countertop that moved slightly, they shaved a door that was sticking as the weather changed, they fixed the damage done when carpets were installed by another company, they arranged for a rep from the hot water heater company to come out and fix a noise issue, all done at no additional cost to us. I have worked with contractors before but nothing on this level. It wasn't perfect, there were concerns that came up. I had to learn that this was major construction and with major construction comes mess. Brian and his team addressed our concerns and remedied any issue fairly. With so many negative stories I've heard from people who worked with other companies, I am so very thankful that we had such a good experience and ended up with such an amazing master suite and changes to our home. We love it and we receive many compliments. We chose to work with TCB because they came highly recommended by a neighbor who had similar work done and were very satisfied with their outcome."

"We loved working with Cosmo builders on our new custom home construction The cosmo team and their sub were very professional, patient & helpful on every step of the process starting from first estimating, understanding of our budget needs, customization of the finishing materials, Fixtures choice based on our budget. also they were a great advisor for me during the process on the selection of materials, design, colors and electrical fixtures. moreover, they created a modern and customized beautiful bathrooms and kitchen that was just what we wanted. despite that, the crews were very polite, technical and passion for the quality work. with help of our contractor cosmo builders, we have unique house floor plan and a clean interior house design while the building process took little bit more time than normal! but it's okay because we end with satisfaction, We have been extremely happy with the quality and craftsmanship. "Jose and his crew are outstanding. Their attention to detail, cleanliness, and respect of our home was incredible. Jose is so easy to work with and he is accessible almost 24/7. I would highly recommend Munoz construction and my family will never use another contractor besides Jose. Bathroom #1 - this bathroom had major issues. The floor was damaged and the shower was leaking. Jose replaced the entire subfloor, shower/tub, title, vanity, and all electrical. This was a major job. Everything was strengthened and given strong structural support. It is now extremely safe and beautiful. Bathroom 2 - the master shower also had a leak and poor tile work from a previous remodel. Jose replaced all the tile and rebuilt the shower pan. He was able to save an expensive shower door from the previous remodel. We also decided to replace the title floor during the remodel and it was not an issue and Jose never questioned our request. LVP Floors - Jose replaced the kitchen, dining room, hallways, and stairs with LVP. Selecting the product was simple and Jose was helpful throughout the entire process. The product was of high quality and is extremely durable. The stairs were replaced with wood and painted to match the LVP. This was done for durability and quality. The stairs match the LVP perfectly. All the walls were also painted. There was some drywall repair throughout the process too. Jose made sure to strengthen all the walls and it looks fantastic. Seriously, we couldn’t be happier with this job. I wish we would have found him years ago so we wouldn’t have had to redo a previously completed renovation done by another company. We highly recommend Jose and Munoz Construction for any and all jobs."

"This was our second bathroom remodel by Capstone. The Team did a great job. Their tile work, both in the shower/tub area and on the bathroom floor is fantastic. We had new electrical outlets installed along the vanity and wanted an existing one on the side hall wall removed. Capstone noticed that we did not have an outlet in the hall and suggested moving the existing bathroom outlet down and around to face the hall rather than just not use it. Their thoughtfulness and suggestions set them apart."

"I've had my share of renovation projects performed by people of various levels of experience, races, ages, ethnic and educational backgrounds. All of them had one thing in common: all these charming, decent, diligent, God-fearing etc contractors magically turned into evil creatures who would poison your life by not following your instructions, showing up late, making a huge mess, spoiling everything, and then disappear into the thin air soon after the deposit money change hands. <br /> So in the beginning I was only cautiously optimistic about working with Israel Clavijo, although I was impressed my the level of his competence, punctuality, assertive yet very courteous manner. Little did I know that I was embarking on the most pleasing and carefree renovation experience of my life! <br /> My big home had only two tiny coat closets which could not possibly house even a small part of my large family's outdoor clothes and shoes. Huge shoe piles in a middle of our elegant foyer, and coats, scarfs and hats hanging everywhere were the eyesore. I've decided to sacrifice part of my underutilized living room to build a large walk-in closet, and turn the existing closets by the entrance door into practical shoe closets. Israel didn't blinked at the idea of building the closet in the living room. Instead, he offered number of very valuable suggestions, did quick measurements and presented me with the proposal on a next day. After checking a couple of more highly recommended home improvement companies, I've decided to go with ICM not only because they were slightly more reasonable but also because I felt more confident working with them. I didn't regret my choice. I was given an honest time frame, which they were able to adhere to, although I kept adding new requests. Israel introduced his crew to me, they were punctual, hard working, neat, and very polite. They would start in the morning and finish in the evening; no long breaks, no mid-week days off, thank you very much. The results were stunning! Incredibly, design and execution of a new closet actually improved my living room's proportions! Israel and his crew diligently saved the wall moldings and matched the paint - my new closet looks very much like a part of the room. As for my new shoe closets, they are every inch as practical as they are pleasure to look at! Instead of expensive LED tape lights, Israel installed cute cabinet lights which served the purpose at the reduced cost. They installed a heavy chandelier in a room that never had a ceiling light - it took an expertise, finesse, and wiliness to satisfy the client. Before they started, they protected floors and furniture with plastic wrap and cardboard. After they finished their work, they cleaned up after themselves. When I asked for a couple of touch-ups, Israel had no problem doing so. I cannot finish my review without mentioning Wendy Clavijo, Israel's wife, office manager and his customer/company liaison. Very polite, very friendly, very diligent, she was always there to help. Everyone who comes to my home makes positive comments on my unusual yet charming clothes and shoes arrangements. I know that without Israel's professionalism and dedication I wouldn't have it. I'd like to express my gratitude to the whole ICM team. <br /> <br />"

"Frank and his team at Kozan did an absolutely incredible job on my house replumb! We had to replace our 1980s polybutylene pipes as they were finally starting to leak, and knew it would be an invasive job. I had 5 companies come out and quote me - Kozan came in the most reasonable, but that wasn't the only reason I went with them. When Frank was here doing his estimate, he was the only guy who really looked at the pipes, and started putting together a plan; having worked construction myself, this is exactly what I would've done. All the others were in and out with a handshake and a couple pics. Regarding the work, they replumbed the house with minor intrusion, and even took care to cut the drywall stud-to-stud to make my patchwork a bit easier. They did everything they could to keep the water running to all the lines not being worked on, and cleaned everything up every day before they left. All-in-all the job was very well done, and Frank was a true professional. Thanks Frank!"
