"From the estimate appointment (Mark) to the install (Charles, Christian and Justin), McCrea employees were professional, courteous, punctual, responsive and hard working. It was an all day job. The work areas were left clean. Charles explained the install and systems to me before leaving. New A/C seems to be working great. Heat hasn’t been used yet. McCrea handled the permits and product registrations. Gwyn communicated with me promptly after the install regarding both."

"They installed a new boiler and central air conditioning in my DC rowhome and did a fantastic job. "If you want honest, straight-forward, complete, and competitive pricing for a new HVAC system, go to Bluestar Air Mechanical. Our 21-year old systems needed replacement and we began our quotation/search process. Amongst the 7 companies we inquired with, Bluestar had the most comprehensive explanation, set of offerings, and was patient with us as we completed our comparisons. John promptly and completely answered all of my questions ranging from installation, future usage, efficiency, and advice on what was necessary vs an accessory. Lynn at the office was prompt and courteous on all of my scheduling, dispatch, and payment inquiries. You'll get top notch quality, service, and friendliness if you work with Bluestar for your HVAC replacement needs."
