I am so glad I've taken my time to find good, honest, trustable and fair plumbing company, and I finally found this R-Plumber company. A few months ago, my place had a water leak in the shower on upstairs bathroom and it caused ceiling damage, etc. so I needed to a ceiling drywall repair, bathroom tile repair, CPVC pipes reconnect, water pressure reducer install, etc. I took my time to compare various popular local plumbing companies in the DMV area and this is, by far, the best I've found due to many reasons: 1. They are licensed, bond, and insured -- They sent me a copy of their license, bond, insurance, and worker compensation. This gave me a relief because I wanted to make sure I hire a professional. You'll need it in case if anything happens. 2. They really care about you and HONEST -- Rene, Luis, his apprentice, and other staff use the best brand and told ,e really honest and professional opinion. I have a limited budget and they told me I can just fix the issue for now. The other companies recommended me to remodel the whole bathroom, which would cost at least $4,000 or much more. 3. Their price is VERY REASONABLE and FAIR -- They do not overcharge at all in compare to other companies in this area. I compared 6 other plumbing companies. Other plumbing companies seem to take advantage of you especially if you don't really know much about plumbing. They either: - could only offer to fix the plumbing and I had to find my other contractor to repair the tiles and dry wall - offer me to fix this issue for $4,500 or more - R Plumber offer me about 40-50% less than other companies. - another well known company (they were featured in local Costco) gave me a price to fix my sink popup assembly for about $700 but I went to home depot and bought the parts myself for $17. 4. They really guarantee that they carry their work by the correct local regulations and to the high standard. -- you can see the photos for reference. - I ASKED them a lot of questions and researched the way they do they work online and everything seems to be done very correctly (e.g., using the right glue, chemical for connecting my CPVC pipes, copper pipes) - They went above and beyond in installing my water pressure reducing pipe by anchoring my water supply pipes so it doesn't get shaky. - They have 1 year labor warranty. Their shower MOAN is lifetime warranty on parts. In fact, I am so impressed that I literary have to write my appreciation on various social media in a hope to help others who are in the same situation as me. This company doesn't spend on marketing but just spend on high quality so I'm really trying to help get this company to top review to help others who are in the same boat. The Owner Edgar Artiga showed up within two hours as planned. He offered us a free quote which we found to be pleasantly lower than My Plumber company whom we found were a ripoff . Edgar Artiga executed this Faucet repairs / replacing hot & cold water cartridges within the set time frame. We are extremely satisfied of a job very well done by EA Plumbing. "They came on time and worked most of the day repairing plumbing that was never connected inside of wall. They had to cut the wall out under the kitchen sink. When they were done you could not tell it had been cut. They did a wonderful job and left the area clean. They also repaired some minor work on electrical outlets. "Oscar came about 0830 this morning. He knew exactly what was wrong with the drywall and knew there was no leaks. Saved some money there. He knew exactly why the pipes were shaking and knew exactly how to fix it. Oscar took about 70 minutes to repair the issue and we tested all the showers and faucets and toilets. "Our water heater stopped working overnight and we contacted Done Rite Services in the early morning to diagnose the issue. They immediately responded and said someone would be out to the house later that afternoon/evening. Edgardo called later in the day and asked if he could come out earlier. Upon arrival he took the proper COVID precautions and wore and mask and also ensured he covered his shoes to protect our floors. After diagnosing the problem and considering the age of the water heater and the overall installation not being up to code, we decided a replacement was needed. Edgardo thoroughly and patiently described the options for a replacement water heater and quickly checked if they were result in stock. After deciding on a model, he was able to schedule an installation in about 24 hours! During the replacement, Edgardo and Ethan were very thoughtful, respectful, and thorough, ensuring they took care to install the water heater correctly and to code. They were both wonderful to work with, very professional, and caring to make sure the installation was correct. We will definitely consider them for future plumbing work!!!"

"Very well. The pipe had a pinhole leak in a copper elbow joint and required cutting the pipe, in a confined space, to drain standing water. G**** Miranda did a remarkable job repairing the pipe and an adjacent supply pipe I elected to have repaired in case its joint might leak. Workmanship was exceptional, potential mess and additional Sheetrock damage was minimized, G**** Miranda worked tirelessly for 3 hours and produced a satisfactory repair."
