"I was having some issues with water coming into the basement through the foundation and walls during rainy weather. Not flooding, or even shop vac-able volumes, just enough to be annoying and require mopping. Dominic and his crew were here today to install an under-floor drainage system and a new sump pump. I was dreading the demo (I have a concrete floor) and the mess involved, but these guys came prepared for everything! They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. What really impressed me was the concrete restoration upon completion. I've previously had a sewer line replaced through the basement floor, and the contractor really "botched" the floor repair. I can't describe how different this experience was! The concrete installed today is immaculate! Dominic takes pride in his work and with good reason! The new concrete is perfect! I am thrilled! "

They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. Prior to installation of downspouts the crew discussed placement and color options with me and explained their planned approach for the underground piping. I was very impressed that installers would take the time and show the concern to engage with the home owner at the time of installation to verify that the placement and color were satisfactory. After the gutter installation a heavy rainstorm tested the system and resulted in a few minor leaks that the contractor promptly resolved. All ground work was leveled and shrubbery returned to the flower beds. "Alpha Home Services was such a big help! I had a water leak incident that damaged the floor and ceiling of my home and Alpha Home Services was able to come quickly and open the ceiling and take out the dry wall. The first day they came they laid out all the plastic and closed off the damaged area and took out the dry wall to let air dry the foundation of the home. The next day they let it dry and came to check and spray to ensure there would be no mold. After they came again to install new dry wall and paint.
