"They came out to see what the problem was. An experienced pro came out with an apprentice. They were very courteous and explained everything. No charge for the evaluation of the low pressure water problem we were experiencing. Determined what was the issue was and not what most were saying that had to be replaced whether we needed or not. They replaced the defective inlet water pressure control value. They removed the plastic cover box and replaced the dirt with gravel so the the value would not rust or deteriorate and last longer and reinstalled the cover/box. Very nice overall job. Completed the job at a fair cost quoted after determining the cause and on the same day of investigation. I highly recommend Ernie's Plumbing Service."

More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. I had hot water in 1 hr after they had left. Rafael explained everything about the new water heater to me & was very patient. I have no complaints whatsoever with the installation. I do believe the cost of the heater was very high, but that inflation I guess. That’s my only complaint. Nothing to do with the installers.
