"One of our wisest decisions as homeowners was hiring Sebring Services to finish our basement. Bryan Sebring came highly recommended to us from a friend who had spoken highly of his skill and professionalism. Indeed, Bryan had “rescued” a project in her house that had been started by a different contactor, and finished by Sebring Services with excellent results. At the start of our project, we had a variety of ideas of what we wanted in our finished basement. However, we struggled coming with up a cohesive plan to integrate these ideas. After meeting with Bryan, he came up with a blueprint that integrated our ideas within the constraints of our basement. Bryan was accommodating but always honest in his feedback. He does an excellent job in helping a client realize what features provide the most value when working in a specific budget. Good contractors employ good staff. The entire team at Sebring Services is deeply talented and dedicated. Percy Sierka, our project manager, did an outstanding job throughout the project. He personally oversaw all of the crucial parts of the project. Finishing our basement was a fairly complex six-month project. During any complex project, mistakes occur, or finished results sometimes don’t appear the way they were envisioned. When these infrequent events occurred, Percy was always easily reachable, and the problems were promptly resolved. We also worked closely with Linda Knapp. She has a sharp eye for detail, and assisted during several important aspects of the project (selecting wood/granite and cabinetry design). Linda and Percy both exemplify the professionalism and commitment to excellence that is prevalent at Sebring Services. The final result of finishing our basement clearly exceeded our expectations. While there are less expensive contractors, in the case of Sebring Services, you truly do get what you pay for: fine craftsmanship, excellent communication, and integrity. "First let me say this review is way over due.  We had storm damage to our attached screen room back in June of 2014.  Warner's Decking was one of the company's we found on Angie's List and Chris came out to give us an estimate.  We did not have the work done until September of 2015 though as we were still waiting for the insurance company to approve everything.  That being said, we have an attached gazebo style screen room, approximately 12 x 20,  that had storm damage.  When we called, Chris promptly came out and gave us an estimate of $20,800 for a complete tear down of roof and walls.  He was very professional, explained the whole process and gave us a few suggestions as to the new screening products that were available.  During the process we also decided as long as we were having this taken down to the floor to ask Chris to give us an estimate on having a Trex floor put on.  He told us it would be approximately $10,000 more.  Carlos was the head person he sent out with the crew.  He was very polite, professional and was very patient with all our questions and concerns.  It did take longer than we originally thought it would but it is gorgeous.  About a week after they were done we had an issue with one of the screens and when I called, they were out the next day to fix it.  Also, because of all the rain we had in November/December we had a problem with the door not working properly.  We called and Chris called back and explained that the wood would have to dry out some before they could take care of that.  A couple weeks later Carlos came out and fixed the door and we haven't had any problems with anything since.  I have complete confidence in this company.  Would suggest them highly and would definitely use them again if needed.  They are very busy and there was a window wait time of 10 to 12 weeks but worth the wait. <br />"

"I reached out to Vince because he has experience on a really wide range of projects and has designed some clever solutions for other clients, and isn't ONLY a gut rehab guy or a door installer etc. He absolutely delivered! He listened to what we wanted, looked at our situation, made good suggestions about materials and design that fit our budget, then got the work started and finished more quickly than I'd dared to hope. We got three estimates, and Vince gave us the most realistic and fair (i.e. not low-ball, and not a super high "I don't want to deal with this") bid. He's a fantastic and preemptive communicator; I was never left wondering where things stood or what to expect. He and his assistant were both kind and respectful of our place during the entire job. We're thrilled with the results, and already dreaming of our next project with him."

"Our house,built in 1944, needed many repairs: cracked exterior paint on the main house exterior boards, broken vinyl siding on the addition, back door stairs and landing displaced by tree roots posing a safety hazard, old and drafty windows. We wanted to have all these problems fixed by a professional and had other contractors come to give us their opinions and estimates over the course of last year, but Todor was the only one who carefully looked at all the issues, formulated a solution and made us confident that he is able do a good and reliable job. We had worked with Todor previously and found him to be relaxed, pleasant and very trustworthy in addition to a skilled professional. We consulted him from the beginning to the end pf the project. Todor had many good ideas that improved both the functionality and the beauty of the project.  For example he convinced us to use cement board to replace the broken vinyl exterior and he matched the color of the paint with that of the cement board so that the painted wood boards and the new cement boards are now almost identical and the house has more unity. He made extra effort to accommodate our wish to have more insulation under the exterior and under an overhang. In addition, whenever he found something unexpected, he showed us the problem and devised a solution.   <br /> The present project took place during the months of July and September, with an interruption due to the windows being delayed. Todor and his crew came on time every day and worked very hard, rain or shine. They took off the old brick and <br /> concrete steps, built a beautiful deck with two fixed benches, replaced vinyl siding, painted the rest of the house, and installed a huge patio door / 2 windows combo, other windows, exterior door and garage door. We are very happy with the results and the whole process, especially because we were hesitant about the details and were able to adjust them until the last moment. Todor?s work is characterized by an attention to small details of functionality, to future problems that he foresees and does prevent, to a stubbornness to do the things right, even with more effort. For example, he noticed that improper previous work had caused rotting of the boards around the exterior door and steps, and after replacing the boards he took a lot of care to properly install flushing around the deck, so that the water will have a good way to drain. We also noticed that he continuously teaches and corrects his crew. In conclusion, we are very happy with the results, will hire him again for future work and would confidently recommend him. <br />"
