The owner offered to have my carpet cleaned and refunded me $50 for my trouble. Very nice guys and they did a great job. The owner even explained what I needed to do to convert my fireplace myself so I wouldn't have to pay to have it done. I recommend them and will use them every time I need my chimneys swept."

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. "Wayne and his crew did a spectacular job, at a very fair price. What began as a simple dryer vent job, became a critically important HVAC-related repair, after his willingness to check on our mold and odor issue from our primary air conditioning unit. Net/net: He discovered our problem was with mold and retained water in flex duct work that had not been properly checked and cleaned. He provided us with a comprehensive quote, and quickly got us on his schedule, even though it meant they had to work on a Saturday. He and his crew arrived on time (in fact, 15 minutes before promised) and in one day changed out all duct work. He also returned to our home the next week, to verify everything was properly installed and working, and "tweaked" a few ducts that needed adjustments. Wayne knows his "stuff" and advised on cost-effective solutions (at far fewer dollars) to save on addressing one remaining issue. Lastly, when we had concerns with a faint odor (not caused by their work) he immediately returned the next morning, to ensure everything was working properly. We highly recommend Lindsay's Air Care -- excellent and prompt, expert service. Very fair price, knowledgeable and friendly, willing to explain all work, quick to follow up to ensure we were completely satisfied and that the work was done correctly in all respects."

"We have a deck that sits on three 4x6 supports that were not steady. We have wanted to replace them with brick columns for years and finally got the work done this week. The sparks team did the new footers a couple of days before and made sure they we ready to support the columns, The Sparks team showed up on time and ready to work.
They placed plastic on the patio and made sure there was no morter on any part of the patio.
They had one brick one mason per column with guides set up to keep them perfectly straight.
The columns were over eight feet tall and came out perfect stoping right at the bottom of the deck.
The work was completed in one day and was flawless.
They cleaned up the entire work area and left the area behind the house clean.
I definitly would use them for future projects and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I needed Joe and his son Tony on two occasions over the past two months.  Each time, I was met with friendly, on time service and very fair pricing.  Joe is very conscientious about doing a good job, and I like the chemistry he and his son have.  They work well together, fast and efficient.

Joe takes great pride in his work.  Of course, I'm in a rush to get things done, but after a particularly rainy weekend, Joe completed half my job one day and recommended that I wait two more days to let the bricks dry out as the humidity and moisture in the bricks were making the job look presentable but not right.  Joe wanted to do it right, which I respect.

I would use Brick Solutions again and again, and I would have no problem referring them to anyone else.

"SPECTACULAR!!!! I am so happy and my husband is too. We were nervous after talking to so many contractors but we felt that Ray Hubbard and Legacy Building and Design, Inc was our best choice. When we first met and he was on-time and could answer questions immediately about what we wanted when other contractors said they would have to get back to us. He didn't tell us what we wanted to hear, but really told us the things we needed to hear. Where do you find that these days? We decided to go with Ray and his team! Now we are at the very end of this project and our punch list has only 4 things. As complicated as this was we only had 4 issues! We are picky people and my husband has OCD. Ray and his team worked with us every step of the way and kept us up to date and informed. Ray gave us one price at the start of this project, and we admit it was a bit high, but you we felt you get what you pay for---and honestly we had been told by references that we were getting the best contractor in this area. Turns out his family has been building and remodeling for nearly a hundred years. It made us feel like we were getting a real pro. Turns out we avoided horror stories involving some contractors---and we felt like we hired the best. We really appreciate all the time they took with us before and even after the sale. If there is any negative factor I would have to say that we were disappointed that the concrete truck broke a piece of our driveway, We paid tons for our new driveway. The good news-----we told Ray and he immediately replaced the broken section. We have a few other projects in the future and have found the Contractor we will use again and again. We highly recommend these guys!!! Well worth the money spent."
