After a thorough inspection of our dryer vent he was able to locate issues that need attention and fix the problems after years of neglect.  While he was here we had him look at our boiler since we knew it was long overdue for service.  He did a thorough safety check, brought up problems that had been bothering us for years.  He offered timely solutions with estimates on each item along the way.  We found him to be professional, knowledgeable, respectful and kind.  He was able to explain concerns in a way that was easy for us to understand.  And the best part is we have a clear plan going forward with suggestions on how to properly maintain our systems.   And a bonus, he sent a full email going over the details of the work and suggestions for the future.  That was a very nice touch and will make it easy to remember it all going forward.  We plan to hire him again and would highly recommend his services. <br />"
