"Not long after we moved to Menomonee Falls and purchased our home, we had WASCO replace all twelve of our windows. Compared to our prior home these windows were a huge improvement! The ease of cleaning them from inside (multiple stories) was one of the best things along with a lifetime warranty. Years later there was a small issue with one and within days the service manager himself cam and inspected and did this minor repair. In this day and age that is a most impressive level of service. "Great customer service from initial phone contact to visit for quote to installation. Willing to replace broken glazed glass window that no one, other than Pella, would even talk to me about. And Pella stated the entire window, sash, exterior framing had to be replaced. B&K replaced only the window for about 1/6th the cost. Very professional on quoting and installation. Cleaned up meticulously after finishing installation. Would higher recommend them to anyone."

"We replaced all the windows in our home (22 total), including 2 basement casements and 2 garage). We also replaced our entry door. The salesman was great but a little too "hard sell." He was determined to leave with a signed contract. It is good that his visit was the last of 4 that I had arranged, so I knew exactly what I needed and wanted. The windows came in sooner than we expected. The installation was fast, but split up, as the front door came in after the windows. The two installation teams were phenomenal. Zero mess, zero damage to the existing frames. The second team also did the front door, with equal care and workmanship. Upon inspection, 3 of the glass panes and very fine interior scratches. The project manager ordered replacements and these were switched out seamlessly. Overall, I highly recommend Empire. Since our windows have a lifetime warranty, I won't need them again for that! However, I would use them again for other projects."

"The salesman was very professional and covered all details with me. On the day of the scheduled install they arrived promptly but were unaware they were second floor windows and a third floor repair so he had to cancel. They were able to reschedule another crew the next day and they arrived promptly as well and got right to work. Each member of the team had a responsibility and they worked together perfectly. One of the window openings was not square so the installer had to work longer on that window to make sure it fil just right and slid open without binding. When they completed they did a great job cleaning up."

"This spring of 2020 I had all 24 windows of my 1990 colonial saltbox home replaced. I found Empire on HomeAdvisor and chose them because of their reviews. While Empire leads with their vinyl windows, I wanted something more for my home... since they sell many different manufactures, I went with Pella Architect Series. First the price was lower from Empire than it was from Pella of Wisconsin. The most important part of getting new windows is the installation (assuming you got the right windows). The team lead by George K were absolutely outstanding. George always took his shoes off in the house, to was meticulous in detail, he takes pride in his work and expected that from the team he worked with. My garage was cleaner when they left from when they found it (sweeping up). He made sure it was done right! That's what you want on your house. Melissa the owner stopped by a few times to check on the work. She's really easy to work with. She knows from experience that "something" unexpected will happen and she assured it would be handled. Well "something" did happen, we got a damaged window from Pella and there was one window that was the wrong size. Melissa and George immediately handled it and fixed everything. Empire is a local business, not a national chain. I'm very happy with the outcome... and I'm one of those picky Engineering types! Great Job Melissa, George, Lenny and team behind the scenes!
