"You take a chance when a disaster happens and you need to choose a contractor quickly. We were out of town when a smoldering futon left our whole house covered in oily soot. "<p>Servpro was great. The water damage occurred over the weekend and we called Servpro on Monday. They were there later in the week to remove all of the water damaged materials and to set up the equipment to dry out the kitchen. All of the staff were professional and worked well with our insurance (State Farm). They were late for the appointment on the final day due to an emergency at another location but we were able to reschedule to later that day. There were a few charges on the final invoice for projected work that they didn't end up doing. When I called the office manager she was very polite, apologetic, and worked with me and the technician who did the work to get the story and invoice straight. Hopefully, I never have water damage again, but if I do I will definitely be calling Servpro for the cleanup.</p> <br />"
