"I had a possible asbestos concern after pulling up my carpet and finding the black tile adhesive you would find underneath the AVT (house built in 1960, since flipped) We were attempting to replace our carpet, but the company wanted a negative test before they completed the work. He was very thorough and knowledgeable on the subject and gave recommendations in the event of a positive result.
