This was very important since the flu was busted. So the next day mom decided to get a 50 gallon power vent and ac to the house as she had never had ac before. So gino the owner came out on Tuesday night took some measurements and his guys came out Saturday morning installed the power vent hot water tank and ac unit. They went above and beyond any company i have seen in the past. Thank you Gino Casey Joe for a fantastic job."

"They dont have a boiler selection selection so. Do not call them. The techs know little to none about steam boilers. They will act like they know what they are doing and instead of fixing the problems they will cause more. They flooded our house for 4 hours after the techs thought I had a water boiler system and filled all our radiators with water. They then said theyd fix what they did wrong and go over our system to make sure we had no leaks. This I was told by Jen the service manager. After 4 techs and countless hours of headaches and tons of damages from the constant running water for 4 hour they decided they were not going to fix the screw ups or diagnose what is wrong. However they offered to give us a refund of our money and they handed us the replacement part they broke free of charge. So now not only do I have to fix the system they broke more but I have also taken days off work to meet with them numerous times for nothing but to have the tech hand me the part. "

"Terrible: 1) Installer did not install as agreed upon. Line was to be placed behind wallboard. They insisted it would not fit, but I found out later when I had another HVAC company install the same units at my work office and did place lines behind wall board behind 2x4's. Be honest will ya! 2) Installer damaged a valve in condenser causing unit to leak which needed replaced. I asked for a new condenser, but Climatech refused and repaired. and warranted the repair. I would have rather had new. 3) Installer split the copper line in two places. A 2nd installer had to come out several days after install to repair and finish install. I requested a new copper line, but they again refused, but instead warranted the repairs. I again wanted new. 4) They sale the unit as most quiet in industry, but when it get's below 40 degrees outside condenser hums and struggles over condensation. The inside unit gurgles and whistles and hisses over it as well. They had a Mitsubishi person come out. Their response is unit runs normal and the operations manual states that the noise is because of condensation and won't do anything further about it. I would have not ordered the unit knowing this. They should list this before selling it. Emailing me an operations manual after the fact of install and payment is just not an acceptable response. Neither Climatech nor Mitsubishi is showing any integrity nor addressing the noise problem. I would not use either again. I am exploring legal options and trying to develop a class action legal case over false advertisement to obtain a replacement unit to eliminate the noise or refund. Very disappointing to spend the one and get this from companies such as this. It depends on your climate. Homes in cold, dry regions can often shut the dehumidifier off once winter sets in. If you live in a warm, humid area—or your house tends to trap moisture—you may need to keep it running year-round. Use a simple hygrometer: if readings stay below 50%, give the unit a rest. Just remember to restart it when humidity climbs again to avoid mold and condensation.
Dry air feels cooler, so your AC doesn’t have to work as hard. By stripping out excess moisture, the dehumidifier lets you raise the thermostat a few degrees without losing comfort. A shorter AC runtime reduces electricity use and can shave a noticeable amount off your summer power bill. Energy-efficient models further enhance those savings.
If your home is under about 2,000 square feet, a well-placed portable unit can handle the load. Just remember they’re less efficient and need hands-on upkeep—think emptying tanks and cleaning filters.
