His employees were on time, explained the procedure, performed a terrific job, cleaned up afterwards. I was also given instructions regarding the care of the tub/tile and any/all questions were addressed. Thanks for a great job! "Extremely well. Nathan was able to complete a wide variety of work that needed to be done. He vented 2 bathroom fans to the outside, instead of the attic; replaced a GFCI outlet in bathroom; replaced 2 wired smoke detectors; adjusted 5 doors that didn't close properly; drywalled 2 holes in basement ceiling/wall; added styrene panels to 3 light fixtures in the basement; replaced kitchen lazy susan hinges; completely rebuilt and stained porch railing."

"I used him twice.  The first time he came in, he did a good job.  The next time I used him, I paid him but he didn't really provide all the things he was supposed to provide.  He was supposed to come back to give me some side light on the side walk but he didn't come back and do that.  He didn't do what I contracted him to do.  He did replace an electric meter for me but that really wasn't what I had asked him to do.  He even removed something from the front of the house.  He said that it was defective and I never heard from him again.  I was very disappointed with him.  He may have moved because I think he was moving when I used him.  His name is Rey Waters and he is a registered home electrician.  I was not very pleased and not happy with him.  He didn't follow through and that's not professional to me.  The worst thing was that he didn't even respond to me just to say sorry.  There's this part that it's my fault because I paid him before doing the work.  I should have let him finish the work before paying him so it was partly my fault."

"We could not have been more pleased with the work the Madden Brothers did to create our new master bath and closet. From beginning to end, the project was a great experience. We were actually sorry to see them go when the job was finished! When has that ever happened with a contractor? George and Brian gave us exactly what we wanted and did so in a professional, yet extremely pleasant manner. We were very appreciative of their knowledge, experience, and attention to detail. They are both perfectionists when it comes to the way things should be done. If that wasn't all, they left the workspace and house clean and vacuumed every single day and I can't tell you how great, and unusual, that was. Even the subs commented on how neat they were! "Kevin responded to my message on Angie's list promptly. Kevin arrived on time on the date scheduled. Kevin and his helper leveled the washing machine and he repaired the basement step and he replaced some missing baseboard under the kitchen cabinets and he replaced light bulbs in outdoor fixtures at the front and back doors and he replaced the grout in the shower and he tightened the toilet seat and in the middle of it all he made a trip to Home Depot to get a new fixture for our outdoor motion lights which he then installed. All I can say is WOW!! Kevin did all the jobs we can't do anymore and he did them well. If you need anything done around the house please don't hesitate to call Kevin because he really can do the job."

"This was the second time we hired Willis. He did such a nice job on our kitchen three years ago, so we did not hesitate to hire him again. The job is done and we are very pleased with the results. We started with just a shower. We wanted to make it bigger and use the extra space we had. But we ended up remodeling the entire bathroom: bathtub, new sinks, painting. Willis was very patient with us and as always offered very nice ideas. It felt like he knew better than we did what we wanted our bathroom to look like. What was really nice is that he and his crew always cleaned up after they finish their work. This was very important to us as we have kids and they are all over the place. Given all the circumstances, the remodeling took much longer than we expected it to be, but we were willing to wait. It takes time to do the job properly."

"I can't praise the workers highly enough. Everything was professionally done. The entire area was cleaned at the end of each day. They made every effort to minimize disruption to my use of the spaces. One day there was a wind storm and a piece of fascia on my neighbor's house came loose and was flapping against the house. The neighbors were out of town. Bob Marburger, the manager on the project was able to pull the fascia down. He did it without any consideration of how he might get paid for his time. In fact, when my neighbor asked him how much he was charging for the fix; Bob told him to forget it. That is an excellent example of the type of person Rick Horn hires. On more than one occasion, they took my garbage to the curb or did other things that helped me out but were unrelated to their project. I have already hired them for another project. Their prices are fair--not the lowest or the highest; but the quality you will get for that fair price is excellent. Rick Horn Construction gets my highest recommendation with no reservation."
