"They were recommended by Sears to remove an old Jenn Air stove and <br /> replace it with a new Jenn Air stove. It took far longer than anticipated to get the new <br /> stove in place; and , in spite of many efforts (they have installed <br /> several hundred stoves for Sears) it just wasn't right. They agreed to <br /> return to make some changes to get it right. We ordered another part <br /> and they returned to install if and came up with a solution to improve <br /> the installation which meant a customized solution - and they developed a customized solution, came back <br /> and reinstalled the stove. And it looks great. <br />"

While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support.
