"When my tenant told me about some problems with the heating ducts in this extremely old rental house, I was concerned that I would have to replace all the duct work at a cost of thousands of dollars.  I researched companies that dealt with heating and talked to a couple, but they were basically installers.  I was very happy to find J&M Services, which among other things specializes in duct work.  
When they came out and looked at the disconnected and/or rusted through ducts (some in the walls), I was very happy to learn that they were able to repair the ducts, and that it was not necessary to replace all the ducts.  They retaped all the duct work joints that were visible, replaced and added duct pipe where needed.  They got everything working satisfactorily, and the tenant was very happy to have heat again.  
The worker were very knowledgeable, did a great job, and cleaned up after they were done.  I would highly recommend them.

The hose bib had split open inside the wall of our house, the water had been turned off at the curb, and we were desperate to flush toilets, wash our hands, and make coffee, among other things. They were able to move their schedule around and come by to fix the problem quickly. The repairman was very efficient and effective, and we had water back on within a few hours. "I bought the $99 furnace service in October for a furnace that was going in and out and also needed cleaned, as well as to see if there were any parts that would help it work better. The igniter was replaced, although I thought the price a little high at $275, not including the servicing purchase. From what I have read, our old furnace was too big for the house and that may have contributed to it's earlier than expected demise. The new one is much lower in BTUs, and both companies provided estimates with a smaller furnace than we had previously, but Sun Glow picked a larger one that than was eventually installed. Pricing appeared similar, but hard to tell with different brands and sizes of furnaces, filters, etc. in the estimates. The estimater was professional, prompt, and came at very short notice. So although, I didn't chose this company, I had no problems with their service work and would call them again for another estimate.
