Mike arrived on time and did a great job (finally my sink faucet doesnt leak out the base!!!!). A piece of piping was necessary to install the new faucet and mike was able to have it readily available to complete the job without having to come back. "Given my architect's drawings, Ivaldo provided a very reasonable quote and stuck to it. There were several times where we needed to add on or make changes, and the price was always very reasonable for these upgrades. We also had some challenging foundation work and no room to bring in big equipment, and Ivaldo had a lot of experience dealing with these challenges, which played a big factor in hiring him. Later, we had some major scheduling issues with the utility company (Eversource) that complicated the schedule quite a bit, and were totally out of our control. These delays made the process somewhat stressful but none of this was any fault of Ivaldo's. His guys were courteous and respectful. Quality was also very good other than one issue with tiling, but Ivaldo will always make good on anything that you're not happy with. They'll get the job done, and charge you what it costs plus a reasonable rate for themselves. Overall, a full gut renovation is a major undertaking, and nobody should expect something this big to be smooth and stress-free. I have no regrets in hiring them and plan to call them back when the house needs work."

"This was not an inexpensive project and they were upfront when I first contacted them of what the expected price range would be. They also gave me the option of cancelling after the initial design was complete and only be billed for charges incurred. This was a very invasive project to my home as it required a variety of different tradesmen coming and going during the day. This was mitigated by sealing off the area of the house where the work was done to contain dust and limit damage. There were a few issues with the quality of workmanship as it progressed,  but they were resolved quickly and redone to meet their standards.  The job was complete within a few days of the original schedule. When a small issue arose a month after the job was complete and paid for, that issue was resolved immediately and at no cost. 
Most importantly, I now have a new bathroom that I'm happy with."
