"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Mr Mckinney show up on time, repaired stove. Excellent service."

"My dishwasher was repaired. Tanner is a very nice young man."

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"Arrived in allotted time. Repair would have cost more than cost of new appliance. Opted to buy new but grateful for Tech explaining options. Will recommend .."

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."

"The crew at Barhambuisness services where extremely Knowledgeable respectful and hard working they installed my cameras fast I am very pleased with their work."
