He and his crew arrived promptly, completed the job on time and did quality work. I installed some irrigation lines and landscape lighting conduit during their job and I was pretty slow and it delayed them from filling in their trenches. Nato and his crew were very patient and Nato actually helped me at one point since I was such rookie. My landscape architect wanted the drains to be done a certain way and while it was not the usual way Nato did drains he was fine doing it the way that was requested. Creig has provided services for us for years.  Whatever needs doing on a house, he can and does do.  He is a skilled electrician, plumber, contractor, etc.  He has fixed garage doors, installed new garage door openers, installed lighting indoors and outside, fixed sliding glass doors, fixed plumbing leaks, etc. He comes immediately in case of an emergency to do emergency repairs.  He is always very professional, extremely skilled and a real gem. He cleans up thoroughly before leaving. I can't praise him highly enough.  He is honest and will tell you truthfully what can/should be done or what can wait. His charges are very reasonable. His work is excellent in every respect.

"This Company did a superb job. They were punctual, worked extremely cleanly, did exactly what they said they would do, and the results were all I could hope for. This wood frame house, built in 1912 had not been painted for 11 years, and the old paint job was badly weathered, oxidized and flaking off. Before getting started Michael and I went over the whole house and he explained everything that would need to be done. I told him that I would visit everyday to check the work, (I was staying elsewhere, since the house is currently rented) since I'm extremely particular and also fairly jaded, having been cheated by workmen in the past. When I was unable to be there, he would call once or twice a day to keep me informed. His crew was very polite and careful, and not a plant or flower was ever trashed. Everything was cleaned up as they are very conscientious about that too. Best of all, the end result was spectacular. It looks brand new! I had gotten 2 other bids, one of which was just about the same as his, -$5000 for labor and about $1000 for materials - and another which was about 30% over that. They also did a great job on the deck and fence, which I had never gotten around to sealing before, in 10 years- $1000.00. I felt that I really got my money's worth. Michael aims to please and keeps an eagle eye on his crew."
