The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing the 77 year old windows that had the original framing. They set the new windows very professionally, and did a great job of caulking. They demonstrated the features and had us use them so we were sure we knew how to work them. We have window air conditioners for our small house, and they re-installed them in a leak-proof frame."

"The salesman was very professional and covered all details with me. On the day of the scheduled install they arrived promptly but were unaware they were second floor windows and a third floor repair so he had to cancel. They were able to reschedule another crew the next day and they arrived promptly as well and got right to work. Each member of the team had a responsibility and they worked together perfectly. One of the window openings was not square so the installer had to work longer on that window to make sure it fil just right and slid open without binding. When they completed they did a great job cleaning up."

We were so impressed by their attention to detail and customer service that we had them install another custom window on the front of our home and complete a tub to shower conversion in our one bath home. Since we only have one bathroom, it was very important that the work be completed as quickly as possible, which it was. "We had a rain delay of 1 day. The window coordinator, Malaika kept us informed every step of the way and she told us that she had an excellent crew for us. We found out just how great they were. They are ansubcontractors for HANSONS, and they went by AIR-TITE CONSTRUCTION out of Lansing, Michigan.There are 3 employees that started the work about 7:30am. They were meticulous about their work and very well coordinated. I don’t think they even took lunch breaks. It was a truly hot day also and they finished up around 4:30-5pm. They tarped inside and out, vacuumed and picked up after every window. They R&R’D 12 windows. They trimmed them all out outside so you don’t have to paint. The inside man, Trevor brought it to our attention that one window had a hairline crack and we had 4 screens missing. He said that they would be ordered and installed. Trevor ran us through the operation of the new windows. We were very impressed with how well everything flowed together & lifetime warranty!"
