"Needed to replace hot water heater and mentioned that when the service call was made and asked that they come to the house with the replacement. They came to do an estimate and wasted three hours after I approved the estimate as he had to go pick up the water heater."

"We contacted Cobra Rooter because the plumbers that our home warranty kept sending did not do a thorough job or explain our options or even offer to send a camera down our sewer to figure out the issue. Rather than paying $4000+ estimate that the home warranty plumber gave us, Cobra Rooter figured out our issue using a camera ... and solved it ... for $85 (first visit) plus $195 (camera). By sending a camera down our sewer drain about 170 feet, Cobra was able to dislodge about 6 big balls of grease that was causing the back up. My husband I use them frequently and found that they are consistently punctual, responsive, helpful and just all-around great guys."

"Rich was great! My water heater was cracked and leaking. After speaking with Rich, he gave me and quote and fit me in his schedule same day. Work was completed within an hour and nicely done. Rich even cleaned up any spilled water. Would highly recommend, and use again. Price was $500 less than other contractors as well."

"Scott came to do an annual service on our tankless hot water heater. Also checked several other potential plumbing items and provided quote for us to consider."

"Came on time, did a great job and we have a nice new water heater with no cleanup afterwards."

"I have lived in my house for 20 years and I have literally only ever called AZ Premier Services with plumbing issues of any kind. AZ Premier Services has replaced my water heater twice over the years and repaired several piping and valve issues. I recommend them wholeheartedly. They are prompt and reliable and have always quickly solved our issues."

"Scott called me within an hour and scheduled non-emergency appt in 2 days. Plumber called and also received a text when he was on his away and arrived during the 4 hr appt window. Gave me the bad news that it was going to be $650. That was about double what I was expecting. This was my only complaint as this seemed really high to me but I had another plumber not show up twice for appointments so what was I supposed to do. I know he had to cut drain line, hot and cold water line and softener line to put new box in. There was some work to be done. Mike was a nice guy and listened to my stories so he can't be too bad. The repair was done professionally and clean up when he was done. They may not be the cheapest but do a good job. I will consider using them again on future jobs."

"They replaced my old water heater. They did a fantastic job. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend."

"High quality work, professional, trust worthy, took the time to explain everything to me; also educated me on my current hot water heater, pricing for a waterless hot water heater, & the issues related to my current gas hot water heater because of my water softener. I would highly recommend Jonathan Maynard from Tucker Hill Plumbing."

"Quick service and work was completed on time without any issues. Matthew did the annual flushing for my tankless water heater and replaced my kitchen faucet. He did a great job and cleaned up after his work."
