"When my water heater was in need of repair, I called them, they were prompt, courteous and professional. My water heater was 29 years old, no hope of a repair. I was shocked how much it cost to replace it. But I was given several options. I was told there was an issue with my vent, that there was a backdraft. I thought it was a sales pitch, so I found out how to check it my self. It was true, Carbon Monoxide was coming back into my basement. Yiikes. I went with a tankless water heater, mainly because of the warranty. The plumbers we very fast and friendly, it was complete in 5 hours. Inspection was included, of course we passed. I would recommend this company to everyone I know."

"So smoothly! I called to inquire about replacing a hot water heater, they asked what size and they quoted me a price right over the phone. No options were offered, but then again, there was no upselling, or attempts to get me to purchase a maintenance plan or a water filter or other stuff that I got from their competitors. The guys arrived on time and were in and out in about an hour. They handled the permit and gave clear instructions on scheduling an inspection. Haven't had any issues. This is a no-frills operation, but you know what? Frills cost more. :)"

"My mothers gas water heater went out she lives in Circleville, OH and I live in Florida and was unable to help her. Mr and Mrs Plumbing was able to come out very quickly and try to repair it. The unit was over 20 years old and not repairable so they needed to replace the unit. Mr and Mrs Plumbing was very prompt and professional and were able to replace the unit within a couple days so my mother was able to have hot water again! I would highly recommend Mr and Mrs Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!"
