"Logan and Nate did an excellent job in installing a new water heater. I really appreciate it!"

"What I liked about water heater plus is that the person I contacted clearly explained all of the options to me. He did not try to convince me to take any route in particular; he encouraged me to do what would be best for me financially at the time. I ended up replacing my old water heater and I think that was the best decision. The technician efficiently replaced my old water heater."

"A+ Service, expertise and follow up. Tim came out to check water issues, identified the cause and it repaired in just over an hour. Jim from the office phoned with follow up regarding part I would need for future and informed me it would be less expensive for me to order. Class act and VERY trustworthy?? Brian / Columbus"

"This was by far some of the best service I ve received for any type of repair. They were able to help me same day within hours of me calling. And the price they quoted was $400 less then a major company that had terrible customer service. I was BEYOND satisfied and I will recommend them to anyone."

"Phenomenal service from sales to installation. My home was left the way they found it, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything to me that I needed to know. Highly recommend this company."

"Recommended. Dion is a kind gentleman that really wants to help. He replaced my sump pump efficiently with no mess. Lowest quote I got. He advised me about the age of my water heater and gave me prices for when I am ready. I will definitely be contacting Dion for my next repair."

"John did great job , clearing our drain ! He even did water repair for my brothers pool lines ! And has done work for my dad. All very satisfied. Thank you John ! We will call him if needed again. !"

"This is the most professional contractor I have worked with (and I have worked with many) over the last 15 years). They were exceptional from their sales team to their installers and follow-up team after the projects were complete. They made sure I was happy with every aspect of my projects. I feel so fortunate to have gone with them. Of the 6 estimates I received, their total prices for furnaces, AC and water heaters were in the middle of the pack and reasonable. Everything else they did was truly first rate and 5 Stars. Plus their 15 year service warranty is unbeatable in Cincinnati and probably everywhere. I will recommend them to everyone who asks about HVAC and water heaters. Thank you!"
