"When I spoke to Miguel I explained that I needed a new water heater asap. My water heater was leaking and I had concerns that it was going to flood out my garage. After asking me a few questions he told me he could be at my rental property within 30 mins. He arrived and was very professional. He replaced my water heater and brought it to code.
