"Stephen, the owner, put in a brand new system. The conditioner, water softner, everything! I don't get spots on anything any more! My dishes come out cleaner, skins feels so much better, and laundry looks better then ever. I called him on Tuesday and he had it completely installed by Thursday. He does all my maintenance, and has been since 2007. He recommended this system and it's far better then anything I have ever used before. It was originally between my car parking spots in my garage, which made it a pain to walk around. He worked with me and moved it right up against the wall so I could move around easier when getting in and out of the car! I would give him an A+ if I could! He put in the system at the beginning of August and I haven't had to use lime away AT ALL!"

"Our water heater needed to be replaced and this was my first Angie's List purchase.  $600 for installation including a 40-50 gallon name brand water heater plus they will take away the old one.  We initially wanted to consider a tankless water heater but the price was right and we needed this completed fairly soon as we were on borrowed time.  Just do it, right?  We did and it was completed.  I asked what brand water heater and I researched the brand with negative satisfaction results.  I was not happy but I already bought the offer.  The technician replaced our water heater with a 40 gallon AO Smith brand which was exactly the brand I wanted.  I am happy for that but he wanted an extra $250 for a permit and straps.  Shouldn't that be part of the installation?  My husband made a call to Angie's List and voila, all of the sudden, no extra fee!  But also no permit or straps.  THANK YOU, ANGIE'S LIST!  However.  Is our water heater within code without a permit and without straps?  We don't know but wedo have hot water."

"The service call went great.  There was some buildup in the tank of the water heater and it was able to be quickly flushed out.  The hot water heater is in great shape because come to find out, it is pretty much new.  In addition, I gained some knowledge about the brand of hot water heater, its quality and expected longevity.  All nice touches that the service provider didn't have to do but did willingly.

"I contacted his 3 hours later to schedule the replacement and he was at my house within 1 1/2 hours with a new water heater. He and his assistant had the installation completed in a little over 2 hours. All installation materials and the old water heater was removed. Nice clean job! "Do not waste your time. Contact Vegas Valley Plumbing right now! I called on a Friday afternoon asking for someone to come out and make sure my water softener was installed correctly and adjust my water heater. Keith from Vegas Valley Plumbing returned my message almost immediately, and he sent over Carl the next day (Saturday morning). It's a new home and quite frankly, I didn't want to mess anything up. It just didn't seem to me--my inexperienced self--that the water softener was working properly. I never had one before, so I wasn't sure. Anyhow, Carl from Vegas Valley Plumbing came over first thing Saturday morning. He called telling me he was on his way. He checked everything out. And sure enough, the water softener was in bypass mode!!! So annoying that the folks who installed it left it that way (did they even know it was in bypass mode?). I'm so glad I called Vegas Valley Plumbing!! Here's the best part. When I asked how much was the service call....Carl said nothing! NOTHING! Do you believe this? The absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm still floored. I offered what I hope was a generous tip and Carl went on his way. If I EVER need any plumbing, I will not hesitate contacting Vegas Valley Plumbing again.
