"I hired Mike 2 more times to fix appliances (3 times total). Most recent was to fix an older GE (or Kenmore) stackable washer/dryer single unit. Again, all work was wonderful and Mike is just a really nice and honest guy. Only issue is the punctuality. He really does try but unfortunately his busy schedule can cause him to be late. I would definitely recommend him for his work."

"I HAD MICHAEL REPAIR MY OVEN DOOR GLASS. HE WAS SO NICE TO OFFER TO BUY THE GLASS ON EBAY TO SAVE ABOUT $60.00 INSTEAD OF ME PAYING FOR THE PART FROM THE ONLINE PARTS STORE. "Charlie and his dad did a great job fixing our refrigerator. It was not cooling properly and we were on the verge of losing all the food. Another technician from another company came on Sunday and just recommend us to turn the refrigerator off and let it to defrost and turn on again...robbed us $100. The problem continued and as soon as Charlie arrived, he started to check the appliance and was able to pinpoint the exact problem and fixed it. Great service. Also, their price was reasonable."

"Technician arrived 90 min later than estimated, due to traffic. Confirmed what the problem was, told me he also wanted to replace our fill valve and flapper. I figured it was SOP when working on a toilet so I approved. He removed tank from stool and took it out to the truck to reconfigure. Reinstalled it and that solved the problem (leaking from base of tank). I had tried to do the job myself but could not make it work, so I asked why and he told me that the bolt set I had was for a different tank/stool combo, that there are four different types of tank bolt sets. Thus, the one I used leaked as bad as the rusted out bolt. If I'd used the right bolt set I'd have been OK on my own. The new flush valve is slower and noisier than the good one he removed, so I called the shop to find out why. Was told that the new flush valves have an anti-siphon feature that creates that noise."
