"I was able to get the work done the day I called. He was very professional and nice. I had to replace the old water heater. I still have not received the manufacturer's warranty paperwork even though I have requested it twice by email other than that I am pleased with the work. Can you get the manufacturer's warranty for me????"

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

Mr. Barnhill was not aware of the tools he would need for putting in a new faucet in the bath and we did not have the proper screws to install the tv on he wall in the bdr.
He will be back of Wednesday and bring a helper to change the faucet in the bath and repair a small piece of sheet rock.
So far, so good!

"When I knew I had a problem with the sink I looked online for a drain cleaning and or rooter service and I haven't had much luck with franchised businesses so I wanted a local business so I came across cape fear rooter. I called and spoke to a very nice lady about my problem and also asked if they could replace spikets as well. David, the man with cape fear rooter came out almost immediately. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. He went right to work on the clogg and didn't stop until the clogg was cleared. He even washed a couple dirty dishes for me I had left in the sink. After he finished the sink he then went outside and replaced the spiket with a new one. He cleaned up all of his work area and showed me what he had done to fix my problems. I will only call cape fear rooter for all my plumbing needs."
