"Our springs had broken in our main garage door and it was extremely difficult to open manually, so I could not get in or out of the garage by myself. I called a different company on Monday, just before 5:00 pm. That company is just a couple miles from my house, but they didn't answer, so I left a message. I received a call back around 8:30 am the following day, but they couldn't make it over until Wednesday. I called Sunrise and he was able to come right over that morning & within a couple hours had us all fixed up with new upgraded springs and brackets. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
