The guy they sent didn't have a clue, wasted my time and money on work that didn't need to be done, and didn't fix the problem. (Yet, when I called that company I was told they had fully stocked trucks and would have the issue fixed the same day). But that guy didn't know plumbing obviously and told me I had to wait until Monday (it was Thursday). Instead, I called Patrick, He and his apprentice went to work and fixed the problem.
