"Bain HVAC services was a pleasure to work with. Colin was responsive and quick to make an assessment. He is clearly an expert on a wide range of systems. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made a plan to repair it. The A/C was blowing cold a couple hours later. I will definitely call Bain HVAC again and I’ve already recommended them to several others"

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"Did leave me a list of things the chimney needed, around $1000 worth. When I called another company to do the cap, I did not mention what was needed, and that installer said everything was fine. I don't know if Fireplace Doctor was extra vigilant or if they were looking for work. Overall, what I had them do was done timely and at the agreed price.
