"Everything went well. He was able to promptly schedule an appointment, and quickly resolved all issues in my apartment to the satisfaction of the current tenant who is very difficult to satisfy. Elly showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. He charged a reasonable price for his services. He fixed all problems in a short time frame. I would not hesitate to use Rapid Repairs in the future for other repairs and troubleshooting.

"I had used Rob before for a few things in the house I wasn't able to perform myself. I had come home and heard the water alarm and found my sump pump dead and water beginning to overflow into the basement. I called Rob and he made it over and repaired the pump. Very happy with the professionalism and quality of the service and will continue to hire him for any services needed."
