Great experience. Dan and his wife Tania came out to give me the estimate on the window work. While here, I asked  about the concrete work and was told Adam ( the son) could also do that type of work. I went with the company for both repairs.
Dan and Adam came at the agreed time, did both repairs. Also, great clean-up, only evidence of their being here is the good looking work!

"The workers were friendly and professional, and showed up when they said they would. They performed the required services, and when I asked if the staining might be a little uneven, they redid the entire deck. They also pressure-washed the algae-stained brick at my request, which was apparently not included in the original price, but needed to be done. They told me that the doors on the shed were rotting at the bottom, and for a very reasonable price, repaired the doors before restaining them. The doors would not rehang properly, so at my request, they moved the hardware around a bit so the doors worked. They also cleaned up after the job, and left the worksite in good condition. They did request partial payment after each phase of the job, and were faithful in completing the job so that we were happy with it. Because they were so busy, we did have to wait a number of weeks for them to apply a second coat of stain, and it turned out very well. The thing I liked best about this company is that they made sure I was happy with the work, and if not, they did whatever necessary to satisfy us. They were also reliable in doing what they said they would. I will try to post a picture of the deck if it ever stops raining."

"When I posted the job request on Angie’s List, Shawn (the owner of the company) responded within minutes The other companies, the BIG GARAGE DOOR COMPANIES didn’t bother responding, -at all. My experience with these BIG companies over the years has been that they act like they are doing you a favor, setting up an appointment and showing up. They don’t need your business. Shawn, arrived on time, inspected our 22 year old garage door opener and clearly explained our options. As I expected, it didn’t make sense to repair the old garage door opener. We installed a new garage door opener and it has worked flawlessly since installed. I am pleasantly surprised at how smooth and quiet my new garage door opener is. "Owner Steve was very professional and punctual. He takes pride in what he was doing. This property has  a big lawn and a old house.
We recently purchased this property and once when I was in the property, called him whether he would be able to come in an hour's time, he was so accommodating and came in within an hour( On a Sunday)  to see the ivy and bushes grown wild due lack of maintenance and he was very nice to quote a price immediately and  we contracted him only to pull ivy and trim bushes but he also removed all the rotten wood and made the place to look very neat which shows how professional and sincere in what he was doing. I really appreciate all his help till now. He also mows our place regularly and maintains it very neat.
