They insisted on payment and kept adding additional fees that were not announced in the quote.. They threatened to file a lien against our house if we didn?t pay. Meanwhile they didn?t fix the issue but are asking to get paid. Very shady business tactics and we feel very much scammed by them ."

He also found the Rheem on demand water heater the previous owner installed is not powerful enough, so I'm having him come back to replace and install those."
