"The garage didn't close and I couldn't leave the house with the garage open. I called several companies and I got a hold with SoCal Garage Door. I explained the problem and Oren (the person that answered my call) told me that he will send someone to fix it ASAP. After an hour, Oren called me and informed me that he sent someone to fix my garage and he should be there within 30 minutes. Jose came over and checked the garage.
