"Andrew spent almost two hours with us, answering the numerous questions we had, giving us some advice, and sharing his expertise concerning the size and location of the windows. Then, Anthony and his team came about 8 weeks later to install our new windows, everything in two days (creating the new holes in the walls, installing and insulating the windows and adding the trim outside and inside), despite some unexpected problems. "Eric did an EXCELLENT job. We replaced our windows last year, and while we love the look of our new Marvin windows with exterior mullions, they are super hard to clean. The windows had silicone and glue pieces stuck in some corners that only spread and smeared when we tried to clean them. (9 panes for each sash = 36 sashes per window!) I explained our frustration to Eric over the phone and I could tell right away that he was experienced and competent. I texted him pictures of the house and windows and he gave me a bid over the phone of $550. He came two weeks later (timing was fine with us) and set to work on the upper level. After four hours of intense work with his razor blades and towels, he said he would have to order some different blades in order to make the job efficient. Otherwise it would have taken him days. So he got the proper blades and came back three days later to finish. No detail was forgotten and every single window looks amazing. He was also really fun with our young boys. Eric is a solid worker and cares very much about pleasing his customers. We will definitely call him back."
