"My neighbor and I share a furnace room. A couple of days ago, Kevin from Genove was doing her annual service and noticed that the boiler for my baseboard heating had a slow leak. He shut it off so that it wouldn't flood our basement and notified me of the problem, explaining it in detail so I could tell my oil company what was wrong when I called them for emergency service. Thanks to Kevin noticing a problem in equipment he wasn't servicing, we avoided major damage."

"Called the office and was able to schedule an appointment within the hour, technician arrived quickly, very friendly and helpful. He couldn't find the main cause but helped clean connection points and get the unit running again quickly - provided detailed explanation of service. Provided tips on ducting, I will book a service call for Morris to look at current furnace and make suggestions. Would highly recommend based on my 1st appointment!"

"It was good experience.  They were quick and easy, responsive.  No issues. I'm happy with the services. It was positive."

"Joe, the AirCo sales representative, was very professional. He actually asked for my feedback on priorities for a new boiler. This was important to me because the boiler sits below our family room, and the noise level of the boiler was as issue. His proposals listed several boiler options, based on heating efficiency, which were competitively priced. The installation was run by Steve, who was able to fit in the installation the next week. Steve, and his crews, were punctual and courteous, and the installation went smoothly. It's only been a week, but I am very pleased with my Bosch boiler, the quality of the work, the price paid, and the timeliness of the installation."

"Very professional service and clear explanation of services provided."

"The service was fine, we haven't had any problems since."

"Chill zone hvac came out to fix our hvac unit on the roof. Not only did they fix it, they had fantastic communication and were very professional. Weâ ve been trying to call hvac companies and itâ s hard to find someone so reliable is chill zone hvac."

"Richard was great to work with. He showed up on time the day he came to give us an estimate. And then he and his crew showed up right on time to do the work as scheduled. It was a laundry list of things to do - storm door replacement and repair, replacing a broken sash on a window, fixing a splintered door frame, planing doors that stuck, fixing doors that were loose, etc. It's an old house so standard things don't always fit and Richard figured it how to make it looks nice and fit without making it ridiculously expensive. We'll hire him again to do more work for us."
